1. INTRODUCTION & AGREEMENT
By accessing www.ntutes.com.au and using our vehicle hire comparison service for ute hire, truck hire on car licence, car hire and campervan hire Australia-wide, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. OUR ROLE – VEHICLE HIRE DISCLOSURE (IMPORTANT)
NT Utes Pty Ltd ABN 40 668 046 295 is a vehicle hire comparison and referral service. We connect you with trusted, verified and insured third-party hire suppliers Australia-wide via ntutes.com.au.
We do NOT own, operate, or directly supply vehicles.
All bookings, vehicles, insurance, payments, bonds, cancellations, and liability are managed directly by our trusted hire partners.
Your contract for hire is with the supplier, not NT Utes Pty Ltd.
Best rates and availability are subject to location and supplier.
3. BOOKINGS, QUOTES & PAYMENTS
- Quotes via ntutes.com.au are estimates and subject to confirmation by supplier.
- All payments, bonds, deposits processed directly by hire supplier under their terms.
- Prices may vary due to location, season, insurance, one-way fees, airport surcharges, availability.
- We do not store payment card details.
4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations governed by individual supplier policy.
NT Utes Pty Ltd does not process refunds – contact supplier directly.

5. LICENCE REQUIREMENTS
All utes and trucks up to 4.5T GVM can be driven on a standard full Australian car licence (Class C) in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS, ACT unless stated otherwise by supplier.
Valid licence required at pickup.
6. VEHICLE USE – FIFO & MINE SPEC
FIFO Mine Spec utes include ROPS, UHF radio, mine flag, whip aerial, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, wheel nut indicators, isolation switch, reverse alarm where specified.
Mine site compliance (Bowen Basin, Pilbara, Roxby Downs, Beetaloo, Gove, Tanami) must be confirmed with supplier at booking. Driver must comply with mine safety rules.
7. AIRPORT PICKUP, ONE-WAY & LONG-TERM HIRE
Airport pickup: Sydney SYD, Melbourne MEL, Brisbane BNE, Perth PER, Adelaide ADL, Darwin DRW, Hobart HBA, Canberra CBR, Gold Coast OOL, Cairns CNS + 40 regional.
One-way fees and long-term rates set by supplier, disclosed at quote.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, NT Utes Pty Ltd is not liable for loss, damage, cost
