How much does a ute run cost?

Standard A-to-B ute runs start at $95, depending on distance

How do you calculate removals and rubbish fees?

Pricing depends on size of load and distance.

We provide upfront quotes with no hidden charges

Can you remove a single bulky item?

Yes—whether it’s a couch, mattress, fridge, or washing machine, we’re happy to collect single items or entire households

How do I book a service?

Use the online booking form (provide details: item, pick‑up, drop‑off, date/time .

What are your operating hours?

We work Monday–Saturday by appointment, and are closed Sundays

How soon can you pick up?

We aim for fast turnaround—often same or next day, subject to availability

Do I need to load/unload items myself?

No.

Our team does all the heavy lifting; just point and we’ll do the rest

What information do I need to provide when booking?

Provide: what you need picked up, pick‑up address, delivery address, and when you’d like it done

Do you donate or recycle items?

Wherever possible, we re-home items via local charities or recycle responsibly

Are there items you cannot take?

We cannot handle hazardous waste like asbestos or chemicals. Contact us for clarification

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes—pensioner discounts are available; let us know when booking

Can I get a voucher for furniture removal?

NT Utes provides 50% off furniture removal vouchers via Foodbank NT at Berrimah

Who is eligible for the voucher?

It’s aimed at individuals/families in need, transitioning homes or recovering from hardship

Can vouchers be used for rubbish removal?

They primarily cover furniture removal—contact us if you require rubbish removal support

What mulch or garden materials do you deliver?

We deliver potting mix, lawn/topsoil, various garden mulches (Forest, Super Soil, Mahogany chip)

What are mulch delivery prices?

1 cubic metre (≈40×25 L bags) of mulch ranges between $140–$190—see site for specific mixes

Can you deliver large retailer purchases?

Yes

we can pick up and deliver large items from retailers like Fantastic Furniture, Amart, Harvey Norman
